🍒 ORDERS 🍒

Please email me about any order issues with the subject line “ORDER HELP.” 

Do not DM me on social media—messages get lost easily, and email is the fastest way for me to help you.

📬 When will my order be shipped? 🍒

Orders typically take 5–7 business days to ship. I pack orders once a week, unless otherwise announced on my website.
If your order hasn’t shipped within 14 days, please feel free to email me and I’ll check on it for you.
Please note that I’m just one person packing as quickly as I can :o)

📬 How long will it take for my order to arrive? 🍒

Stamp Envelope Mail (stickers, sticker sheets, & mini prints only)

  • Ships as USPS letter mail
  • Untracked
  • Typically arrives in 1–2 weeks
  • This is the most affordable option, but tracking is not available

Standard USPS Tracked Mail (pins, keychains, totes, etc.)

  • Domestic: about 1 week
  • International: about 2 weeks
    Shipping times may vary depending on customs and local postal service volume.

📬 I think my order was incorrect—what should I do? 🍒

Oh No(se) :o( Please email me with the subject “Order Help.” Mistakes happen, and I’ll be happy to fix it for you as quickly as possible.

📬 My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. 🍒

This is a common USPS issue where a package is scanned as delivered before it actually arrives.

Please try the following:

  1. Wait 1–3 more days (it often shows up!)
  2. Check your mailbox and around your property
  3. Ask neighbors
  4. Contact your local post office—they can usually locate it

About 90% of packages turn up using these steps.

If you have tried everything and the tracking still shows “Delivered,” I can either replace the package or refund your order.

📬 Which countries do you ship to? 🍒

I currently ship all merch items (tracked mail + letter mail) to:
United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand.

If your country isn’t listed, I recommend purchasing through my Etsy shop.

📬 Do you ship to the UK or EU? 🍒

Yes — but letter mail only.

I can ship the following to the UK/EU in a flat envelope:

  • Stickers
  • Sticker sheets
  • Small prints (4x4" and similar)

For totes, accessories, plushies, apparel, or any packaged items:

Etsy automatically collects and remits VAT and handles required import documentation.

Because of recent changes to VAT laws and the EU’s 2024 GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation), I’m currently unable to ship packaged goods directly to the UK/EU.

📬 I’m outside the US. Will I need to pay VAT or customs fees? 🍒

Customs and VAT fees are not pre-paid. Buyers are responsible for any charges that may be applied upon arrival in their country.

Please note:

  • These fees can sometimes be higher than the value of the package
  • Small businesses cannot predict these charges
  • If you refuse the fees, your package will be returned to me
  • Refunds are only issued once I receive the returned package, minus the shipping cost

About letter mail (stickers/prints):

  • VAT is not charged at checkout
  • Many customers receive letter mail without extra fees
  • However, this is not guaranteed, as customs rules vary by country
